When to Call

Client Currently Receives or May Receive SSI or Medicaid due to disability

Early preparation is essential to expedite distribution of funds at the conclusion of a case.  Consultation can identify potential impacts to public benefits as well as guide the attorney and their client in settlement negotiations.

Determination and review of public benefits currently received or to which a client may become eligible to develop appropriate strategies to ensure eligibility.

Client is Under the Age of 65 and disabled
